1. About these terms

These terms apply when you book a Clarity Call or enrol in a System of Freedom program, including Back to You and Before You. “We”, “us” and “our” means Larissa Behrend (ABN 18 532 005 951), operating as System of Freedom. “You” means the person enrolling and, for Before You, both participating partners.

By paying for a program, or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Health Disclaimer.

2. Our services

Back to You is a 12-week, 1:1 program. Before You is a 16-week preconception program for both partners. What is included in each program is described on its program page at the time you enrol.

Our programs are integrative health and education services. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not suitable for emergencies.

3. Clarity Calls

The Clarity Call is free and without obligation. It is a conversation to decide whether a program is a good fit. It is not a health consultation and does not include individual health advice.

4. Fees and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). You can pay in full or, where offered, by instalment plan. Payment in full is processed securely by Stripe.

Instalment plans are arranged directly with us and end after the agreed number of payments. Instalments are due on the agreed dates, whether or not all sessions have been used. If a payment is more than 7 days overdue, we may pause your program until it is paid.

5. What is and isn’t included

Testing included in a program, such as blood testing for Back to You, is described on the program page. Additional tests, functional testing or semen analysis where not included, supplements, and external medical investigations are not included and are paid separately, to the provider, where you choose to use them.

We only recommend additional testing when it is relevant to your situation. You are never required to buy products from us.

6. Sessions and rescheduling

Sessions are held online. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used.

Program sessions should be completed within the program period plus 4 weeks. If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer you a new time as soon as possible.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel within 7 days of enrolling and receive a full refund, as long as no session has taken place and no testing has been ordered. After that, fees for the program are not refundable for change of mind, except as described below.

If you cannot continue for medical or other serious reasons, contact us and we will discuss pausing your program or another fair solution. Costs for testing that has already been ordered cannot be refunded.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Your responsibilities

To get the most out of a program, please give us accurate and complete information about your health, history and medication, and tell us about any changes. Keep your doctor informed, and do not stop, start or change prescribed medication without speaking to your prescribing practitioner.

You are responsible for the decisions you make about your health. Our role is to help you understand your situation and make more informed decisions.

9. Results

Every body and every situation is different. We cannot guarantee a specific health outcome, and Before You cannot guarantee conception or a pregnancy outcome. Client stories describe individual experiences.

10. Use of AI tools

We use AI tools, currently Claude by Anthropic, to support our business processes, and occasionally to help organise information you share with us, including health information. AI does not make decisions about your care. Details, and how to opt out, are in our Privacy Policy.

11. Program materials

Guides, templates, plans and other materials we give you are for your personal use. Please don’t share, sell or publish them without our written permission.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one published when you enrolled.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
